General Rental Terms

A Non-Refundable, Cash Application Fee of $35 per adult is required for CREDIT and CRIMINAL background checks.

The Deposit, Pro-Rated Rent to the 1st, and the 1st Full Months Rent is to be Paid in Certified Funds at the time of the Rental Agreement signing.

Keys or Passes Required for admenities such as Community Pools and/or Clubhouses will require an Additional $100 Deposit for those keys.

All Rentals are a 6 Month Minimum Leases, Unless Otherwise Noted.

Utilities and Cable TV Are NOT Included Unless Otherwise Noted.

All Rentals Units are offered in “AS IS” Condition unless Otherwise Agreed to In Writing.

PETS and SMOKING are NOT Allowed Unless Otherwise Agreed to in Writing.

Roomate Deposits are $400 Per Roomate.
